All our coaches have telematics technology and most have CCTV. By doing so, it enables us to provide customers with up to the minute information on where vehicles are and whether pick up and drop offs have been made on time. It gives our operations centre the ability to re-route coaches if there are traffic delays on a planned route. It also provides us with information on how the vehicle is being driven, such as any harsh acceleration, braking or cornering which can be used to improve our driver training.
