The health and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. This is our current response to Covid-19 which we will continually update.

We will always follow the advice from the Government and Public Health England.

We ask from our customers the following:

1. That you are in good health and have no serious underline issues that may affect your travelling with us

2. Toilets will be out of use, frequent comfort stops will be provided on trips where possible. 

We are implementing the following internal measures:

1. We have implemented a more robust vehicle cleaning schedule.

2. Fitted hand sanitiser dispensers on all vehicles, free to be used by all passengers when boarding and disembarking from the coach.

3. All our drivers will be supplied with face masks and gloves for handling luggage.

4. We encourage all staff to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene by employing the ‘Catch It. Bin It. Kill It’ ethos.

We are constantly monitoring the government website and the FCO website very carefully and intend to follow any changes in their guidance.
